Inter-Conference Webinar Series & Online Training

Eleven webinars will be delivered between Conference 1 (November 2026) and Conference 2 (November 2027). The first pair begins in January 2027. Nine Core webinars are required for the ADACP. Two Elective webinars are also offered. ASL interpretation and CART captioning will be provided for every session.

All webinars run between the two conferences — January 2027 through September 2027.

There are no pre-conference webinars before the November 2026 New Orleans conference. The webinar series begins in January 2027 and all 9 Core webinars (W1–W9) must be completed before Conference 2 in November 2027.

Inter-Conference Webinar Schedule

Nine Core webinars. Two Electives. All between Conference 1 and Conference 2.

Webinars are paired for delivery efficiency — all offered as two-webinar half-day. All sessions will be delivered live and archived for self-study. Self-study attendance earns full ADACP credit.

Accessibility in Every Session

Every NAADAC online training session — live and on demand — is delivered with professional ASL interpretation and certified CART captioning. This is both a legal obligation and a professional values commitment for an association of ADA coordinators. At the conference itself, every session room — including the AADAC Practicum rooms — is equipped with microphones, and the Practicum rooms include a large display where session notes are posted as the discussion builds.

Specific accommodations such as ASL interpretation, CART, or live captioning are provided on request through conference registration, and session materials and take-home artifacts are available in accessible electronic formats.
