NAADAC is a 501(c)(3) professional association committed to helping individuals and organizations understand and implement the ADA and related law.
Since 1992, NAADAC has brought ADA coordinators and professionals together for the most current information on ADA issues, strategies, solutions, and enforcement. With attendance typically capped at 200, NAADAC conferences provide small-group discussions, one-on-one conversations with speakers, and peer networking from across the United States.
NAADAC faculty collectively bring more than 400 years of experience with the ADA — as attorneys who helped shape the statute, former federal officials who helped implement it, and senior practitioners who have spent careers teaching coordinators how to apply it.
Our Mission
NAADAC’s mission is to advance ADA compliance and accessibility by providing the highest quality professional development, peer community, and credentialing for ADA coordinators and professionals across every sector. NAADAC is the only national professional association dedicated exclusively to the ADA coordinator role.
The training has always come first.
NAADAC was founded in 1992 as a training organization. Our mission has remained steadfast. Every NAADAC conference is built around three days of expert, sector-specific, practitioner-led instruction on the ADA — delivered by faculty with firsthand experience drafting, implementing, and enforcing the law. The conference is the reason to come.
In 2026, NAADAC added two professional credentials — the ADACP and the AADAC — for coordinators who want to document their expertise. The credentials are built entirely on top of the training program. No new sessions were created to serve the credential structure. No existing sessions were changed. Faculty use their existing materials. Attendees who do not want a credential attend exactly the same conference as those who do.
If you have been coming to NAADAC for years without needing a credential, nothing about your experience has changed. If 2026 is your first year, the credential is available when you are ready for it — and nothing requires you to decide before you arrive.

NAADAC faculty span every dimension of ADA practice: attorneys who drafted Titles II and III regulations, DOJ enforcement veterans, state and institutional ADA coordinators with decades in the role, architects who set the accessible design standards, and technical leaders at the U.S. Access Board. No other ADA coordinator training brings this range of direct, firsthand expertise together in one room.
Format
Small by Design
NAADAC caps conference attendance at 200 — not because space is limited, but because the small conference is the product. Direct access to faculty. Real peer consultation. A learning environment where attendees can ask the drafter of a regulation why it says what it says.

Many ADA coordinators have never heard of NAADAC. If our training has made a difference in your practice, the most valuable thing you can do is tell another coordinator. Share this website.
