Justice Department Reaches Agreement with Monroe County, Illinois Regarding Accessibility of Polling Places

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Illinois reached agreement with Monroe County on February 16, 2018 to not exclude individuals with disabilities from participation in or deny them the benefits of the voting program, or subject them to discrimination, on the basis of disability.
