NAADAC Sponsorship

Interested entities and individuals are invited to sponsor NAADAC conferences and promote their unique products and services via the options provided below:

  • Bronze Sponsorship ($500): Each approved sponsor is formally recognized during the conference and again during one of the NAADAC-provided breakfasts prior to the commencement of the educational sessions.
  • Silver Sponsorship ($750): Each approved sponsor is formally recognized during the conference and again during one of the NAADAC-provided lunches.
  • Gold Sponsorship ($1000): Each approved sponsor is formally recognized during the conference and again during a pre-dinner reception to which all conference participants are invited.
  • Platinum Sponsorship ($2100): Each approved sponsor is formally recognized during the conference and will be given one display table throughout the conference in a hotel common area near educational session entrances and exits.  Each approved sponsor will also receive access to CORADA, which provides the authorized conference participant directory and all available conference presentations.  Moreover, these sponsors are  entitled to all NAADAC-provided breakfasts and lunches throughout the conference. 

All approved sponsors are expected to comply with the following rules:

  • Sponsors may not actively solicit business during conference educational sessions.
  • Sponsors may not represent that their products or services are endorsed by NAADAC, by any enforcement agency, by any NAADAC conference speakers or presenters, or by any representatives of the above-mentioned entities or individuals.
  • Sponsors will abide by all conference hotel rules and regulations.

If interested, please complete a sponsor application form (Word) or sponsor application form (PDF)  and submit it to Brian Nelson, NAADAC Executive Director, via email to brian.nelson1333@gmail.com or naadacemail@gmail.com, or via mail to 2774 W 270 N, Hurricane, UT 84737.  You will be notified within 10 business days as to whether your application is approved.  If your application is approved, NAADAC will send you an invoice, payable within 10 business days of your receipt.
