Justice Department Reaches Agreement with the City of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Police Department

This agreement resulted from a complaint alleging that the Philadelphia Police Department had failed to provide effective communication to a deaf individual during his arrest and detainment.  (August 2, 2018)
