CONFERENCE REGISTRATION. The conference rate includes hosted continental breakfasts, breaks, and luncheons Wednesday through Friday. It does NOT include hotel lodging, hotel parking or transportation expenses between the airport and the hotel, which are the responsibility of each registrant.
CONFERENCE RATE ELIGIBILITY. Early-Bird rates for the full conference are only available if full payment by credit card or check is received on or before September 30, 2024. To be eligible for the Associate Rate, you must pay your annual individual or organizational dues prior to or contemporaneously with your registration payment.
Daily-Only Rates
The daily only registration fee is $500 per day for associates and $600 per day for non-associates.

Associate: $1300 by Sep 30, 2024
$1500 after Sep 30, 2024
Non-Associate: $1500 by Sep 30, 2024
$1800 after Sep 30, 2024
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION. Conference registration cancellations must be received in writing on or before November 1, 2024, and are subject to a $600 processing fee. Remaining balances after the deduction of the processing fee may be applied to the next two conferences. No refunds or credits will be given for any no-show after November 13, 2024.
BECOME AN ASSOCIATE OR RENEW YOUR ASSOCIATE STATUS. Among the benefits of NAADAC associate membership are a trusted network of colleagues, newsletters, conference registration discounts, and CORADA, a resource for ADA professionals. Annual individual associate dues are $250. Annual organizational associate dues are $450. Organizational associate memberships are limited to three (3) employees of an organization. Individual or organizational dues payments received in 2024 will be applied to 2025.
